The At Your Service Group (AYS) required a system which could handle the complexity of staff recruitment, training, event booking and payment processing for thousands of staff, registered in multiple offices across the UK and working at numerous different venues. On top of that, advanced reporting features were also a must-have. The whole recruitment process is now far more streamlined and efficient. The system has automated a number of key HR activities and freed up staff time, allowing AYS to expand their operation while reducing overheads.
The William Pears Group found themselves in need of a system that would both make internally stored property information available online and improve communications between property managers, residents and contractors. That way tenants and lessees would be able to report repairs, view statements and annual accounts etc., playing a more active role in the whole process at the same time.
As with any business that experiences rapid growth, much of the William Pears Group ’s documentation was stored in various different systems. Some was on paper, others in electronic form. They were in need of a single repository for documents that would be both safe and reliable. It needed to be searchable any time and provide quick results. Additionally, it needed to support as many different file types as possible. A clear GUI (graphic user interface) was also a big plus for the team.
